To ring in the new year and celebrate the January 11th release of The Wedding Bargain, I’m serving one of my favorite cocktails so I’m especially glad you dropped by.

Pomegranate Prosecco Cocktail

1 bottle of chilled prosecco (Italian champagne)
1 bottle of chilled pomegranate juice
whole frozen raspberries
granulated sugar

Sugar the rim of a champagne flute.
Pop a frozen raspberry into the bottom of the glass.
Pour in a splash of pomegranate juice.
Fill with prosecco.
